These are the deployment software packages for our remote software, please install the one that your technician tell you too then follow their instructions on entering the deployment code if Necessary.

A good percentage of times problems can be fixed without having to be on site. For this a tech can either walk you through a fix on the phone or log in remotely to fix the issue. If you are outside our on-site support area and would like to give our remote support a try give us a call.

The cost of remote support is as follows:
Remote support price per hour(This includes phone call support): $65
Emergency call support(after hours(This is on the rare occation that a technician is available)): $170
If you have a contract remote support is included and the Emergency call support price per hour is listed on the paperwork.
